About Terra Properties

Terra manages a variety of apartments and homes, throughout Southern Illinois, both conventional and federally subsidized.  Apartment subsidies are received through Rural Development and Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Terra also has more than twenty years of experience managing properties in the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Terra’s experience is widely recognized by State and Federal Agencies, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and the IRS.

In addition, Terra Properties Inc. manages a number of Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.  Assisting associations with budgeting and orchestrating meetings to meet Illinois State stature guidelines.
