Terra Properties, Inc manages a wide variety of single family homes, townhomes, and duplexes; Rents range from $950- $1,800 plus. The rental amounts are based on the amenities provided with the rental unit. Amenities can include: number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, washer, dryer, additional storage, garage, fenced in yard, etc.
The renter will be expected to have basic utilities put in their name, which may include: electric, gas, water, sewer, and/or trash. The renter will also be responsible for yard maintenance, specifically lawn mowing.
Animals may be permitted for an additional non-refundable fee; you will need to contact the property manager for further animal specifications.
Availability is posted with “For Rent” Banner, if the banner is not present the property is NOT available.
