Terra Properties, Inc has been providing Community Association Management since 1984. Our team provides personal service to Homeowners’ Association officers and members. Our Certified Manager of Community Associations, Laurie Raymond, can assist you with budgeting for both capital expenses, as well as reserve accounts; billing and collection of association dues; negotiating services contracts and insurance coverage; and planning of both Board and Membership meetings to meet Illinois State statute guidelines.
